Biography:I am a composer working on a PhD at the London College of Music. My professional music life began as a popular music and classical guitarist. I have a licentiate diploma in classical guitar from the Guildhall School of Music and have worked extensively over a long career with many diverse musicians including the Royal Opera House Soloists, Sting, Lisa Scott-Lee, So Solid, Vanessa Mae etc. In recent years I have focused on composing “classical” music and have achieved MMus and FLCM qualifications and I’m preparing to complete my PhD. My compositions have been performed by a wide range of performers and ensembles including the DSO, LCCO, London Wind Consort, the Elysian, Dennant and Aditi quartets, Loren Hignell, Klio Blonz, Lars Frandsen etc both in the UK and internationally and my music has been played on Radio, TV and used in Film.
